
Draupadi Murmu to file her nomination for President today
Draupadi Murmu arrived in Delhi from her home state Odisha on Thursday and met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda before filing her nomination on Friday.
National Democratic Alliance (NDA) candidate Draupadi Murmu (Drupadi Murmu) will file her nomination for the post of President on Friday. She has also left for Parliament from Odisha Bhavan sometime back. Earlier, Draupadi Murmu reached Delhi from her home state Odisha on Thursday and before filing her nomination on Friday, she met Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Prime Minister Narendra Modi).PM Narendra Modi), Union Home Minister Amit Shah (Amit Shah), met Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda.

Murmu, 64, who was the Governor of Jharkhand, is going to file her nomination on Friday in the presence of other senior leaders including Prime Minister Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. During the nomination, two senior ministers of the state government will be present as representatives of the ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) of Odisha. The BJD has supported Murmu’s candidature.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the first mover in the nomination papers of candidate Murmu. While other top leaders of the party including party president Nadda will also be included in the proposers. Not only this, at the residence of Union Minister and senior BJP leader Prahlad Joshi, he is signing the documents as a proposer and a supporter.
