Bollywood hunk and poster boy John Abraham recently secured a prominent position in B Town with his stellar onscreen performances. Acting in several blockbuster movies, the actor established himself as a commercially successful actor. Plus, his sculpted body is jaw-dropping for all.

Though John has recently established himself as a lead actor, he has portrayed various characters and earned the appreciation of movie buffs. Be it in lead role or antagonist or comedic role, John has distinguished himself as a versatile actor.

However, his latest comment on his entry into the OTT arena has created a ruckus on Twitter.

According to media reports, John reacted to foray into OTT and said, “I am the hero of the big screen and this is where I want to appear. I don’t want to be available on OTT for Rs 299 or Rs 499.”

Furthermore, reports quoted John as saying, “If someone locks my film on the tablet midway because they need to go to the washroom, I will find it objectionable.”

Well, this kind of comment did not go down well with many. His statement was strongly criticized by social media users.

Where one user said, “Have I seen a single film of Bhaisahab in theaters completely new except Shootout at Lokhanwala (because it had Manoj Bajpayee sir)”, another said, “I haven’t seen a single film from it on the big screen.. I will just go to see Pathan, that too everyone knows for what.”

Another user said, “I don’t even like to watch his films telecast for free on TV screens…forget about the big screen.”

The list of comments cursing John was quite long.

“OTT is really for actors who take on the roles assigned to them so fantastically that we start to believe that they are really the only characters. Will you..?” Another user said.

Well, this is not just a criticism of the actor’s comment, many others took a stand for the actor.
